CSS は、Web デザイナーにとっては数年前から必須のスキルだと思っていたがどうか?

そしてこのごろ都はやるのは、 W3C モノにかぎらず、あらゆる Web の標準や慣習や理想にかかる先人の有形無形の知恵を無視あるい軽視あるいは知らず、全てを自分たちの手柄としたがり (一例)、常に即物的解決策を好む「ぶろぐえばんじぇりすつ」達。

Blog界【何処】で一般的になっているCSSってのは、所詮はテーブルレイアウト的な、タグの組み合わせでどうこうする系のと、同じレベル/レイヤーで一般的になっているだけだから、何ら技術的な進歩に寄与しませんね。妥当でないXHTMLがあふれることを止めることはできない。

確かに技術的な進歩云々は言えそうですね。裾野が広がったという見方もあるかも知れませんが、なんといいますか、歴史は繰り返されてしまうというか、やっぱり近視眼的に見映えのみ優先という方向になってしまっているような印象はあります。CSS とは違いますが、fieldset の伝説とかありますし【謎】。
